Demerits : We are now starting something for Administrators and IRCOps where they can earn merits and demerits, where if they get 14 merits they go up a level and if they get 4 demerits they will be banned for 2 days from the server.This is to insure that every user on EvilNet-IRC is protected 100% and that our staff is up to date 100% 24/7.The only users allowed to give an IRCOp or Administrator is Tippy,Reaper,and Cybergeek2021. - Thank You, Network Manager : Tippy.
Merits : We are now starting something new for Administrators and IRCOps where they can earn merits, if they get 14 merits they will be promoted to a higher level and they will get an e-mail and a certificate that will be printable.If an Administrator or IRCOp earn a certain amount of merits ( Below ) they will be able to attend a "merit celebration", this is a small gift from our bosses to the IRCOps and Administrators, this can be : A Day Off, 5 Higher Ranks or whatever Tippy,Reaper and Cybergeek2021 vote for. Merits Needed : The amount of merits needed to attend the "merit celebration" for May is : 14.

Staff Rules :
1.Don't Server ban or Server Kill Reaper,Tippy or Cybergeek2021.
2.Don't ask for a promotion or more merits. - Will earn you demerits.
3.Don't mess with other user's channel modes,topics or chanserv settings.
4.Don't flood.
5.Don't kill/ban for no reason or dumb reasons ( Includes NickServ and ChanServ forbid/suspend ).
6.Respect and help users. ( Includes being polite to them ).
